Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Belfield House provides off-road parking,
which is a level tarmac area for seven cars.
There is a short walk from car to front door,
the front door is entered by climbing two 20cm steps.
Public Areas - General (Internal)
Flooring in reception and stairs is carpeted.
There is a normal gradient staircase, 16 stairs to
1st floor (not steep), carpeted with banister on
one side only, which gives access to the first floor bedrooms.
Bedrooms first floor
One Double-bedded room, with 4ft 6in double bed.
Two Twin-bedded rooms, both with two 3ft single beds
(space at side of beds is limited - 12-15 inches).
Carpet in all bedrooms.
Small portable TV in each bedroom with tea and
coffee making facilities
Good lighting in all bedrooms, including bedside lamps
Shower-room & WC
All first floor bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms
- with 760mm shower enclosures (no seat), WC
(limited access) and washbasin. All bathrooms
have vinyl floor coverings.
Bedrooms second floor
There is a staircase, 14 stairs from 1st to 2nd
floor, carpeted with banister on one side only, which gives access to:
Single room with 3ft bed, own washbasin, shared shower room.
Single room with 3ft bed (space at side of beds is limited
- 12-15 inches, own wash hand basin, shared shower room.
Double room with 4ft 6in bed, own washbasin, shared shower room
Carpet in all bedrooms.
Small portable TV in each bedroom with tea and coffee making
facilities and good lighting in all bedrooms, including bedside lamps.
